If you ask us to email you the breakdown, we generate it from the same figures you entered. Please do not rely on it for budgeting, financing, or contractual decisions without talking to us about your real numbers.
Our chat is answered first by Turri, an automated assistant. Turri is software, not a person, and its answers are generated automatically.
Automated replies may be incomplete or wrong. They are not advice, not a quote, and not a binding statement by OpsisCX. Nothing said in chat — by Turri or by a member of our team — creates a contract or modifies a signed agreement.
Chat conversations are stored and readable by our staff, and message content is processed by a third-party AI provider to generate replies. Do not enter sensitive personal information, credentials, or payment details into chat. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Contact center, operations, implementation, and consulting services are governed by a separate written agreement — typically a professional services agreement or statement of work — which sets out scope, rates, term, confidentiality, and each party’s obligations.
