In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “OpsisCX” refer to Opsis CX, LLC. “You” refers to anyone who visits our website or contacts us.
We collect information you enter yourself. That includes:
You decide what to share. Only the fields marked required are needed for us to respond.
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site or search that referred you, and the dates and times of your visits. This comes from our hosting provider and from the analytics and advertising tools described below.
We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, financial account credentials, health information, or government identification through this website. Please do not send those to us through a web form or chat.
We use the information described above to:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Our website chat is answered first by Turri, an automated assistant. Turri identifies itself as automated and is not a person. You can ask for a human at any point.
You should know how this works:
Do not enter sensitive personal information, passwords, or payment details into chat.
We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: to make the site work, and to understand how it is used.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block or delete them. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and adjust ad personalization in your Google, Meta, and LinkedIn account settings. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using our site.
We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, because there is no common standard for how to do so.
If you give us your phone number, we may call you about your inquiry or the services you asked about.
We may also introduce text messaging for appointment reminders and follow-up. If we do, we will only text numbers where the person has agreed to receive messages, message frequency will vary, standard message and data rates may apply, and you can stop messages at any time by replying STOP or asking us directly. Consenting to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
Calls to and from our contact center may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and training. Where recording requires consent, notice is given at the start of the call.
We share personal information only in these situations:
When we provide contact center or operations services, we work inside our clients’ systems and handle information about their customers — call records, CRM entries, appointment details, and similar operational data.
In those cases the client controls that information and their own privacy policy governs it. We act on the client’s instructions under a written agreement that includes confidentiality obligations. If you are a customer of one of our clients and want to know how your information is handled, please contact that business directly. If you reach us instead, we will pass your request on.
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and then for as long as we are required to keep records for legal, tax, or contractual reasons.
In practice, inquiries and chat transcripts that do not lead to an engagement are kept while there is a reasonable prospect of a conversation and then deleted or anonymized. Records tied to a client engagement are kept for the life of the relationship and a period afterward. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except where we are required to keep it.
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to our website, access controls so that staff only see what their role requires, reputable infrastructure providers, and confidentiality agreements with our team and vendors.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
You can ask us to:
Email hello@opsiscx.com and tell us what you would like. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify who you are before acting on a request, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
Marketing emails from us include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop messages directly about a service you asked for or an active engagement.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended gives you specific rights: to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy of it, to have it deleted, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. We do use the advertising and analytics tools described above, which may be treated as “sharing” under California law. You can limit this by blocking cookies in your browser and adjusting ad settings with Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, or by emailing us and asking us to stop.
The categories of personal information we collect are identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), commercial information (the services you inquired about), internet activity (pages viewed, referral source), and the contents of your messages to us. We collect these from you directly and automatically through your use of our site, for the business purposes listed in this policy.
To make a request, email hello@opsiscx.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as our services, tools, or legal obligations change. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle information we already hold, we will provide more prominent notice.
